About North Mallorca

Scenically full of contrasts, North Mallorca is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the island.
The magnificent Tramuntana mountain range sets an enviable backdrop against the towns and villages steeped in history and atmosphere.
The aged olive groves, citrus orchards, green pine trees, grey limestone rock and almond blossoms create wonderful colours that many artists capture.
Each year thousands visit the rocky coves, sandy beaches and crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.
It is not just the geography that the many second homeowners want to be a part of. It is also the many fiestas, music festivals, bustling markets, cosmopolitan mix of people, sailing, museums, boutiques, walking, painting etc etc.
Just approximately 35 minutes from the airport, thanks to the extension of the motorway up to Sa Pobla making the journey from Palma quicker than before. This haven of Mallorcan traditions is served by a sound infrastructure of good roads, public transport, many amenities, golf courses, several marinas and sporting facilities from horse riding, nautical sports, kite surfing, diving, golf, tennis, hiking and swimming.
The area affords breathtaking views and a warm hospitality that simply must be experienced and enjoyed by anyone looking to purchase in the Balearics.

Pollensa district

The beautiful, old town of Pollensa has gradually been made the home of many Europeans, giving it a cosmopolitan character. Its winding, cobbled streets offer eateries, boutiques and historic buildings.
It is a cultural place with galleries and typical craftsmanship shops.
A romantic town to retreat to. Favourite countryside locations are the wondrous Vall d'en Marc and protected Golf area. The hillside, exclusive villa urbanisations of La Font and El Vila offer wonderful views and an upmarket community feel.

Puerto Pollensa

Puerto Pollensa magically retains an unruffled, leisurely atmosphere reminiscent of bygone days when it was just a small fishing port. It is a popular resort with something for everyone.
The renowned picturesque Pine Walk is a pretty promenade lined with restaurants and small-scale accommodation overlooking the sandy beaches and blue sea. The valley Boquer is great for walking. The marina hosts sailing yachts and motorboats.
Real estate opportunities vary from apartments and penthouses to hillside villas with views of the long, curved bay. Formentor's rugged and wild headland shelters its fabulous beaches and coves. The exclusive enclave is home to the famous Hotel Formentor and hosts prestigious and private properties. A mini paradise.

Cala San Vicente

Cala San Vicente is a long established resort of four small beaches in the middle of pinewoods protected by rugged cliffs. Their calm, emerald green waters are among the islands finest. The small village offers many amenities and is always a sought after investment location.

Alcudia district

Alcudia old town, within the Roman city walls, is situated between the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa, at the beginning of the Victoria Peninsula and holds a charm of its own. A good location from where to reach small coves to good restaurants.
Its vibrant port is endowed with many facilities, an animated nightlife, long, sandy beach and marina.
Nestled into the peninsula, enjoying spectacular views, are the exclusive areas of Bon Aire villa urbanisation, Mal Pas and Aucanada, all are close to the Cocodrilo marina, 18 hole International Golf Course and sheltered bays.
The area is home to some particularly outstanding properties as well as affordable holiday villas.
Of course elegant country residences are also to be found.
