Situated on the quiet bay of Formentor, C'an Melchett is a property unlike any other. This lovely, family home evokes a spirit of summer, days can be spent boating or swimming and snorkelling off it's waterfront platform, bathing on the beaches nearby, playing tennis or water sports, before relaxing and enjoying deliciously cooked, candle lit dinners on the serene open terraces overlooking the sea. C'an Melchett is a terracotta-coloured home, a sloping tiled roof that centres on a main living salon and barrel-roofed dining room all opens up through tall antique French doors onto a large and shaded open living and dining area with sweeping views of the wooded shore line, turquoise waters and the Formentor bay beyond. The main bedroom with sitting area and king size canopy bed and three further elegantly decorated bedrooms all open through antique French doors onto a lower level, arched, sea view terrace with built in a sofa running along the entire length. On the living room level there are two further double bedrooms, one with it's own private terrace overlooking the sea, and the other opening onto the gardens. There are a further two bedrooms in the gardens, also ensuite with views overlooking the entire bay of Pollensa. To the right of the main terrace there is a small swimming pool and steps leading down to a lower garden, then seated terraced areas, this leads on down to the seafront platform with a bar, BBQ, thatched sun shade for dining under and a teak and brass diving board.
